The Bill (Reg. No.1089) grants the right of filing an appeal against the decisions of administrative court to the persons who are involved in a case, but failed to attend the court sitting when the judgement was delivered.
The Bill supplements Article 186 of the Code with a regulation, pursuant to which, the term for submitting reclaiming appeal is determined since a person receives the copy of judgement, provided she failed to attend the meeting when the judgement was delivered.
The Committee believes that adoption of the Bill will grant a possibility to implement one of the principles of legal procedure, namely, filing an appeal against the court decision.
